It is all about grace! 

Christians accept the good news proclaimed in the Bible-- that God’s love and acceptance of us is a gift.

  This gift has been graciously extended to all people through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. 

Through Christ, a meaningful and abundant life is offered to us. By the power of God’s Spirit at work in our lives, we receive the gift of God’s grace and trust in it. 

Our hearts are stirred to gratitude, and we say “Thank you, God” by the way we live our lives.

As one grows in God’s grace, you may begin wondering what it means to be a baptized child of God and eventually seek to be baptized. 

In the waters of baptism, God claims you as a precious, beloved son or daughter. 

The Holy Spirit is poured out upon your life and you are empowered to follow in the way of Jesus Christ, who gave His life on the cross to bring healing and peace to the world. 

The focus of His life will become the focus of your life—love of God and love of neighbor.

  • every time God’s people gather.  We share a simple meal of bread and wine.  Lutherans believe Jesus Christ is present in this meal, loving us, forgiving us and nourishing us, so that we can follow in His way.
    
    
• Participation
  • in the Lutheran worship is filled with songs, prayers, and responses through which we express our thanks and praise to God.  Empowered by our God who leads us, we are sent out to pass on the faith and extend God’s love to those around us.
